Counts are adds/drops across Sleeper leagues over the last 24 hours — a fast proxy for where the whole market is moving.
Proj is this week's Half-PPR consensus (Sleeper + ESPN) when the player ranks in the weekly top tiers.
A big drop count usually follows an injury, a demotion or a tough upcoming stretch — check the News page before you cut.

The Waiver Wire tool ranks free agents in your Yahoo league and suggests who to drop for them.
